Transfer Conditions

» By using our booking service on the Internet, you can be assured that our drivers will be there to greet you at Arrivals. Advanced 24 hours booking reservation are required if you wish to use our online –booking service.

» All pickups from the airport waiting time are free for the first 60 minute after flight landing thereafter 5€ per minute will apply. There is no additional charge for the flight delays. If the passenger has misses the flight coming to the airports, the passenger has to call us immediately and there will be no extra cost involved if the passenger call at least 3 hour before the scheduled arrival of that flight with their reference number.

» Driver will wait at the exit door of the arrivals terminal with passenger name card.

» If the passenger has been waiting at the exit door of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the company so as arrange how to meet.

» Passenger should not just leave the airport without letting the company know as this will be regarded.

» At a pickup from the destination we allow 20 minutes waiting time from the time the passenger has made the booking for and thereafter 5€ per minute waiting time . This mean our fares are based on a direct trip with passenger being ready to travel at the time and place as specified. If the passenger does not appear within 20 minutes and place designated as the pickup point, we will pull out our driver and all monies paid will be non- refundable

» The chauffeurs of Sunshuttle® takes no responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed due to traffic congestion, traffic diversion, road works, weather conditions or any other delays out of this control.

» An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on the following dates:24,25,26,31 December as well as 1 January.

» Fares quoted are at flat rates and any diversions made by the client will incur a charge depending on the distance.

» We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.

» If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours from start of the period of hire 25%of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

» Cancellation’s not informed up to 3hours period to the time of booking 100%of all monies paid will be non-refundable.

» Please keep in mind that babies/children are regarded as passenger and therefore to book the vehicle size accordingly

» We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your booking and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
