Cancellation & Refund

A cancellation of a confirmed booking must be notified in writing to SunShuttle® by recorded delivery email quoting

The relevant notification details are as set out below. 

the booking number, departure date and lead name.

- If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of service, 50% of all monies paid will be refundable.

- If cancellation’s not informed up to 12 hours prior to the time of transfer, whole amount of transfer price will not be refundable.
